went to the Arnie Mortons Downtown L.A. started in a good mood - left in not such a great mood. when told the steak was overcooked (requested medium rare and got apx. medium well), server and manager said `well, isn't one side cooked perfectly`. It wasn't. quality of food is obviously very high but food preparation and staff need some work. may try again sometime but awfully expensive for the lack of management caring about customer satisfaction.
